At our office, we determine whether or not wisdom tooth removal should be taken on a patient-to-patient basis. Sometimes we adopt a wait-and-watch approach, and you will  never have issues. We may also recommend your wisdom tooth extraction to prevent crowding, impaction, decay, and gum disease.
